The Second Wave is Coming

--Has your 2020 been wild enough?

If not, don’t fret.

We’re far from out of the woods.

Jokes aside, the sad part about all of this?

None of these disasters above –– real or imagined –– would compare to the disruption and destruction we face if we don’t end these lockdowns.

They would pale in comparison to what would happen if we kept this train rolling from, as Bill Gates has advised, ‘18–months–to–a–cure.’

Today, we know a lot more than we did three months ago.

According to the data, it’s safe enough to “allow” people to make their own decisions on masks, on churches, and on safety measures in their businesses.

Even if a second wave is baked into the cake.

More on that in a moment.

End the Lockdowns

Alas, as a friend wrote this morning:

“There is an old adage in geography that a natural disaster is anything but –– 90% of the damage is directly attributable to the people’s response to the disaster, which can be effective or ineffective.”

His doctor, he said, told him this:

“Our numbers in this state are nowhere near doomsday levels. Almost every physician I have spoken to over the country in nearly every field are either furloughed or had their pay cut by up to 80% and are hoping to get back to seeing patients once again.

“Instead, more of what I am hearing from my physician colleagues is that they are overloaded with new regulations needing to be put in place before reopening, new treatment guidelines which are fluidly changing, and an excessive number of daily meetings.

“However, most are not overwhelmed with actual patient care. This to me is the crux of our healthcare system – over regulating and not allowing doctors to be doctors.

“I heard about a case this week from a cardiologist who had 3 patients die – not from COVID, but from the impact of COVID shutting down all surgeries, and his patients were not able to get their stents in time. People who work for abuse hotlines have seen a 90% reduction in phone calls since their perpetrators are now at home full–time, and are not allowing them any time alone to call for help. This is not acceptable, and is simply a fraction of the damages that are occurring. I have been doing telemedicine care this entire time, and the number of heart–breaking stories from the consequences of the quarantine itself has been exponential.”

It’s For Your Safety!

We are being asked to give up everything…

Our businesses, basic civil rights, the Constitution of the United States, everything…

On the basis that if we don’t, we will lose everything.

And, on the surface, it’s an impossible situation.

Scratch a little deeper, the truth begins to flicker.

My favorite local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are still closed…

Meanwhile, Starbucks and Krispy Kremes across America are booming.

In January, I admit, I was freaked.

The videos “leaked” out of China were horrifying. And the “models” were predicting the next Black Plague.

Given what we know NOW (not back then) about the virus…

It’s clear why so many people are protesting, going to the beach, refusing to wear masks, and refusing to live in fear.

The Second Wave?

Even still, expect the “Second Wave.”

According to Dr. Dan Erickson (below on left), people emerging from lockdown isolation will, naturally, have lower immune systems.

Guys sitting at a table

All the hand sanitizer, clorox wipes, and Lysol have made our immune systems lazy.

Thus, people will be much more susceptible to pathogens of all kinds… not just COVID–19.

(And, perhaps, we’ll confuse them, or they’ll be coded as COVID either way.)

Who, pray tell, will catch the blame?

– All of the people who are protesting their rights being trampled on.

– Anyone questioning the official narrative.

– Anyone not cowering fear with their head between their knees

– YOU for not doing enough.

Don’t buy into it.

Something is obviously wrong here.

There are several agendas at play. Fortunately, people are waking up.

But we haven’t seen anything yet.

Just wait until the people get angry.

[Ed. note: “If you think the TV talking heads are there to inform you of the truth about what’s going on during this health crisis,” my colleague Graham Summers wrote this morning, “or if you expect our media to be fair and balanced regardless of who’s in the White House… Please do us both a favor and stop reading now.Because all I’m going to do is infuriate you.” On the other hand, he said, “if you believe the media has overhyped the crisis, but still want to discover a way you could potentially benefit, then you need to see the presentation on my latest research.]
