The story of the raid on Kim Dotcom’s home is utterly chilling but far more so is the video of the same event. All of this video is coming out in trial. Remember that this is not a criminal but a website owner who distributed music and video.

The case is completely unraveling and has shocked the world. What is going to be done to prevent future such cases is still open.

    it creeps me out that “FBI,” the name of the United States’ national domestic police force, is so well known to New Zealand viewers that the 3News NZ commentator does not need to explain it in his opening remarks.

    D Rodrigue, Helen Clarke allowed lawful NZ protestors to be arrested and moved before the visiting Chinese delegation incl PM could see our so called freedom to protest. An utter disgrace sucking up to the chinese. This near the end of her term.
    They are as bad as each other with this sort of thing, Key and Clarke.
    Is true those colluding with the likes of the FBI should be routed out and made an example of.

    A disgraceful display of police brutality that is all to common in the police state known as the USA, but should never have been allowed to happen in a civilized country like New Zealand. The powers that be should be ashamed of themselves for consorting with the despicable likes of the FBI. I hold John Keys personally responsible and he will not get my vote again unless he issues a public apology to Kim Dotcom. This shameful episode would not have occurred if Helen Clark was still prime minister.

    This was a dispicable display
